The East Midlands Designer Outlet is one of the biggest retail parks near Derby with over 70 different shops selling discounted designer brands of clothing, sportswear and accessories as well as footwear, gifts, jewellery and accessories. Along with the designer labels you will also find many high street names at more affordable prices.

Situated to the north of Derby, just off J28 of the M1, The East Midlands Designer Outlet Village is easily accessible from both Derby (via the A38) as well as further afield (via the M1).

For shopping fanatics and bargain hunters the designer outlet is a great alternative to the hassle of hitting the high streets and the traffic that comes with it.

The East Midland Designer Outlet Village has a play area for children between the ages of 4 and 12. This is located within the food court so you can put your feet up and enjoy a snack while the children keep themselves entertained. (Children must be supervised)
