Activities at Ripley Leisure Centre

 

Health & Fitness Classes – To help you keep in shape Ripley leisure centre provides a range of different keep-fit classes and exercise programs for all ages and levels of ability. These include:

 

·         Various Aquatic Fitness classes

·         Low & High impact sessions

·         Body Training System – Pump, Combat & Vive

 

Swimming – As well as the fitness classes offered in the pool there are a number of different swimming lessons that take place each week catering for young and old of all abilities. During the school holidays there are also crash-course lessons for complete beginners.

RLSS Lifeguard training courses are also available at Ripley.

 

Kids Activities – A variety of different children’s activities are also available such as trampolining, gymnastics coaching and football skills coaching. There is also a separate program for kids during the school holidays.

 

Children’s Parties – Ripley Leisure centre are also available to host parties for children with different themes and activities such as swimming, roller disco, bouncy castle and soft play areas. All options are self catering.

 

Gym Membership – Ripley LC offers a low cost option gym membership as well as a swimming-only membership. Included in the full membership is 5 one-on-one sessions with a fitness instructor and unlimited use of all facilities.
